Join us throughout the month of January as we enter the New Year and discover how scripture can help us to Redeem Our Time.

We strive to make New Heart Church of the Nazarene a warm and loving place, where the music is familiar, the people are friendly and the atmosphere is family. When you visit, we hope you will find:

  • A caring congregation that will gladly welcome you!
  • Preaching/teaching that is centered on the Word of God!
  • Ministries to meet the spiritual needs of every age group!

If you would like to join us and need directions, or more information, please contact us through this webpage.

We have begun physically meeting in the building at our usual service times. However, the church is not about a building. Rather, it is about a community and family. We continue to be more concerned with the welfare and safety of that community and family than we are in simply filling seats in a building. Therefore, we are allowing, but not requiring, the practicing of mitigating strategies for COVID-19 while in the building, including the wearing of cloth face coverings ("masks"), maintaining social distancing in our seating and gathering, and utilizing handwashing and sanitizing stations throughout the building. You are free to choose whichever option best suites your level of comfort.

Of course, should you feel that it is in the best interest of your health and safety to remain at home, we encourage you to join us virtually for worship by watching our service on our YouTube channel each Sunday at 10:40 AM. We also invite you to join us virtually through ZOOM for Sunday school at 9:45 AM and for Wednesday night prayer gatherings at 6:30 PM. Simply send an email to newheartnazarene@gmail.com and request an invitation to either or both of those events.

We want you to be a member of our church family and community in whatever way you are comfortable.

Services streamed weekly on YouTube

Our services are streamed LIVE each Sunday starting at 10:40 AM on our YouTube channel (Click here). Past sermons are also archived on that site. Please tune in, if you are unable to attend, and let us know by subscribing to our channel and/or by making a comment or prayer request.

Connect With Us

Download the FREE Nazarene Connect app for your phone from your app store and search New Heart Church of the Nazarene. You can then create your profile and do a brief spiritual assessment which will enable us to send you applicable and encouraging daily scriptures on whatever schedule you choose. You can find an instructional video here. This app will also allow you to post prayer requests you wish to share with our church family, and receive messages about important events. There is also a section with several written, audio and video devotional and informational tracks. All of this content is FREE. If you have any questions, or need assistance, please send an email to newheartnazarene@gmail.com.

Giving Opportunity Information

Since some are not comfortable meeting in a physical location because of COVID-19, they have asked how to continue supporting the church and its various ministries financially and be faithful stewards. We have two methods you may use.

First, you can use our online giving platform: Givelify. Simply download the app from your app store (Apple or Google Play) and search for the New Heart Church of the Nazarene. Follow the instructions on the app for creating a profile, and choose the area of ministry you wish to support financially.

Second, you may simply place your check in an envelope and mail it to:

NHNC c/o Rev. Matthew Roberts, 3020 Bermuda Bay Ln., # 104, Mebane, NC 27302.

As always, we appreciate your support, and will send end of year contribution receipts to everyone.
